The project

MAMIAM – for “Mama Maison Maroc” – is a project that promotes the empowerment of housewives through cooking. This startup offers an online catering service with a wide range of dishes prepared by women in difficult situations. The women are supported and trained to facilitate their professional integration and achieve financial autonomy.

The Foundation's support

Abdelkader Bensalah Foundation has been supporting the implementation of the MAMIAM project for two years. In particular, it has financed the creation of the first “solidarity cooking workshop” in Morocco, as well as the training and support of the first two groups.

Thanks to this program, 20 women will be able to develop their culinary and managerial skills, while benefiting from advice on entrepreneurship and successful professional integration.
